什么是焦炭机械强度的转鼓试验?
目前测定焦炎机械强度的转鼓有两种,即大转鼓(松格林转圾)和小转鼓(米库姆转鼓)。
大转鼓直径200m宽80m转鼓两端为直径200m的两块圆形锅板,其间以127根长800mm直径25mm的圆钢沿圆周焊接,圆钢间激为25mm,转歧中心有轴,由电动机带动。试验时,取粒度大于25mm的焦族410kg装人破内,以10r/min的转速旋转15min。以鼓内残留焦炭的千克数作为转鼓指数,以鼓外粒度小于10mm的碎焦千克数作为耐磨指数。一般中型高炉的转鼓指数应在295~315kg之间,大型高炉的转鼓指数应在315kg以上,耐磨指数应低于45kg.
小转鼓是由钢板制成的无穿心轴的密封圆筒,钢板厚6~ 8mm,鼓内径和内宽均为1000mm,内壁每隔90°焊角钢(100mmX50mmX10mm1块,共计4块。试验时,取粒度大于60mm的焦炭50kg装人最内,以25r/min的转速旋转4min。试验后用直径40mm和10mm的圆孔筛筛分,以大于40mm的焦炭占试样总质量的百分数作为抗碎强度指标Mo;小于10mm的质最百分数作为耐磨强度指标Mo.中型高炉Mo在60%~70%之间,大型高炉Mo在80%以上,Mo都应在8%以下。
At present, there are two kinds of drums for measuring the mechanical strength of Jiaoyan, i. e. big drum (Songlin drum) and small drum (Mikum drum).
Two circular pans with a diameter of 200 m and a width of 80 m and a diameter of 200 m at both ends of the large drum are welded along the circumference with 127 round steels with a length of 800 mm and a diameter of 25 mm. The excitation between the round steels is 25 mm. The center of the divergence has an axis and is driven by a motor. In the test, Jiao nationality 410 kg with particle size larger than 25 mm was loaded into the crack and rotated for 15 minutes at a speed of 10 r/min. The number of kilograms of residual coke in drum is used as drum index, and the number of kilograms of broken coke with particle size less than 10 mm outside drum is used as wear resistance index. In general, the drum index of medium blast furnace should be between 295 and 315 kg, the drum index of large blast furnace should be above 315 kg, and the wear resistance index should be below 45 kg.
The small drum is a sealed cylinder made of steel plate without a core. The thickness of the steel plate is 6-8 mm. The inner diameter and width of the drum are 1000 mm. The inner wall of the drum is welded angle steel at 90 degrees (100 mm X50 mm X10 mm 1 piece, totally 4 pieces). In the test, the coke with particle size greater than 60 mm was loaded in the lowest 50 kg and rotated for 4 minutes at a speed of 25 r/min. After the test, the circular hole sieving with diameter of 40 mm and 10 mm was used, and the crushing strength index Mo was the percentage of coke larger than 40 mm to the total mass of the sample; the maximum percentage of mass less than 10 mm was used as the wear resistance index Mo. The Mo of medium blast furnace was between 60% and 70%, the Mo of large blast furnace was above 80%, and the Mo should be below 8%.
