什么是干法溶剂法热浸镀锌?

钢在热镀锌之前必须保持一个无氧化物及其他脏物存在的纯铁活性表面。溶剂法镀锌之前，必须通过碱液的高速喷射来清除表面的油污，再由酸洗的方式把经退火的带钢表面氧化铁皮清除，然后涂上一层由氣化锌或者由氯化铵和氯化锌混合组成的溶剂进行保护，从而防止带钢表面再被氧化。如果带钢经涂上溶剂后，在烘干炉中(烘干温度约250C)将溶剂烘干，接着就浸人锌液中进行镀锌，此方法就称为干法溶剂法热浸镀锌。

Before hot-dip galvanizing, steel must maintain a pure iron active surface free of oxides and other dirt. Before galvanizing by solvent method, oil stain on the surface must be removed by high-speed spraying of alkali solution, then iron oxide scale on annealed strip surface can be removed by acid pickling, and then protected by a solvent consisting of gasified zinc or mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, so as to prevent strip surface from being oxidized again. If the strip is coated with solvent, the solvent is dried in the drying furnace (drying temperature is about 250C), and then galvanized in the dipping zinc solution, this method is called dry solvent hot dipping galvanizing.
